Appointment Confirmation Fee - $30 

The confirmation fee is credited to the scheduled appointment at the time of service.  Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will lose fee

Head Lice Treatment –

​Office Appointments:
♥ $185/person* treatment includes 1 follow-up check 

​    (must be within 7-10 days of original appointment)

♥ After-hours  appointments are 2x above rates

​

Mobile Services:

♥ $75/person hair inspections 
♥ $250/person* treatment includes 1 office follow-up check

♥ After-hours  appointments are 2x above rates

• $25-$60 Travel fee does not apply to travel within 10 miles of the office (each trip)

​Additional Charges and Services:

♥ $40/hr Detangling matted hair 
♥ $95/person* Extreme cases may need a 2nd service, notice will be given at the time of treatment
♥ $30 additional for long hair (lower back or beyond) OR curly hair

*All services are guaranteed when the technician is inspecting and treating all members of the household

​​​​Hair Inspection - $50 

Rate is per person, discount for whole family checks.

Hair is inspected for lice, nymphs & nits. If treatment is needed and accepted, the individual's hair inspection fee is waived.​​​
